Appears to be running. I flashed the OTSV2 ESC tunes for OFT.

I'm only getting about 3lbs boost at the highest.

Also, how do I test that drag reduction is working correctly? I have about -11 psi of vacuum showing at idle, is that normal?

it should be closer to 4, try a higher gear/higher speed at lower rpm's; 5th gear at around 3000 rpms. That should give everything more time to stabilize and measure it before you get to a higher rpm where the boost drops.

to test drag reduction, turn the car to on, but don't start it. pull the rubber hose off of the intake nipple, put it in your mouth and suck on it. If the compressor starts spinning, it's working.

The 11psi vacuum you are seeing is not being measured between the phantom compressor and throttle plate, which is where the phantom is measuring via the vacuum hose. I think it is being measured in the intake manifold. According to my OFT, mine sits at about 11 while at idle.

Is the ~3lbs number coming from the OFT digital guage or from a log file. The reason why I ask is that the 4-5 lbs of boost usually comes on at very low RPMS, so low and so fast you might not see it on the guage. However it will show up in your logs.

I haven't logged yet. I know just watching the oft isn't the most accurate way. I need a quick rundown on how to log.

Here is a 3rd gear pull. I started at 2400rpm & just pegged the throttle.

They came with the kit. Which ones should I be replacing if I am replacing some? My voltmeter shows 28.x in cabin when I'm not boosting

No issues then. New batteries don't show full boost until they've been used for a while.

Check your alignment of your compressor.

How far off is it? Should it be centered with the throttle body?

You should be hitting four easily. Double check your connections, and try realigning the compressor. Take your time with the alignment.

Full throttle Electric Supercharger Build Thread

Edit: KIT IS SOLD

So after compressed realignment etc, car was pushing over 4psi at 3500 rpm. This kit really is great. Few of you know, but I just switched out my turbo setup last week & installed this the other day. I think I'm going to go the direction of building my motor & doing a high HP build. I thought I would offer my kit here in this thread first to anyone that's been waiting a while etc.

The tq250, with the 1.5 dump pack. Upgraded relay, everything works. No issues

I have an OFT loaded with the ESC maps for 91/E85, as well as an FA20 4-1 header for sale too if you want to further boost you're power gains. PM for details.
