Are the turbo specs not listed when using the page for the single scroll kit?

I'm trying to figure what I have room for.

Sorry typo B not E Cover. The specs are listed on each turbo manufacturers sites. There really isnt much more as far as room goes. If you have OEM HIDs or the Japanese HIDs/Headlights there is even less room

Use what they provide, it turns out to be the best fit and I'm sure they arrived at this design after thorough testing. I only decided to eliminate the intake pipe because i didn't use it but most would, either for crankcase plumbing or something else. Aside from this i had the wiring my for HID's kinda messy so i opted for a filter right off the turbo inlet. Its default game to play though, i had to buy two different ones and local autocrats rarely have anything good in stock. Plus JDL's stock configuration would guarantee oil cooler fitments

I could confirm the filter location won't touch anything.. i had my filter installed slightly misclocked, after messing around with other filters, i reinstalled the original intake system and clocked the filter and intake pipe correctly and it was clear of everything around it.

Good to know. I only assumed the GTX28 was 2.75 because I was sent a 2.75" intake cone and silicone hose. I didn't pull the hose out of the bag yet but i'm pretty certain its not a transition hose from 3-2.75 and is just a straight. Hope it fits lol

Easy - winter, then having the car apart waiting for my turbo kit

"My opinion and i try to make it clear to anyone with the same question is that if you can fit the Ball bearing turbo into your budget then it is definitely worth it. The lag is improved slightly in terms of rpm's.. ( talking a couple hundred rpm's, nothing too major). The massive difference is felt in the transient response. How it builds boost on and off the throttle and in between gears. Kinda hard to measure this stuff on a dyno, more of a you have to experience it driving different setups. With that said the base turbo is still very enjoyable and the kit allows an upgrade to BB turbos down the road without changing any hardware"

That was my assumption. I'll probably be going with BB in any case. What turbo did they say they used on the single scroll kit? GTX28?

I couldn't find what models they used through the selection boxes on their site.

They don't give you a direct option because you can choose more than one BB turbo.

I think they recommend the GTX28 for most but I want to say you can even go with a 30, but i'd reach out and email them to be sure. Then you can choose trim sizes, i.e GTX2867r, GTX2863r, etc.

So when you purchase it, you have to specify which one you want? Wouldn't it make sense to add all the options to the drop down menu?

I don't know, it was just confusing me while picking the kit only seeing the single option of BB upgrade.

idk man Reach out to Ronnie, he will give you a hand. Not sure why they don't list their options, but I had contacted them up front first and discussed what they thought was the best turbo option and options in general and just went from there. You can probably use a vast amount of turbos which is why they don't list it, but thats just an assumption.

There's a TON of options with our kit and it allows for pretty much any upgrade in the future. It's really best to call and talk to one of us. It's a big purchase and we want to ensure that you get exactly what you're looking for.

Can't really say you get that flexibility with many stores out there. Pretty much a custom kit for a predefined price(almost) and yeah great service included. Just had Ronnie reach me yesterday offering to send me a replacement flange. Big thumbs up. Guys post some more pics, it makes people wanna buy stuff lol.
