I agree with the OP, the car should have been a Toyota and is a Toyota (or a Subiyota). There is nothing wrong with him wanting to have it badged the way it comes everywhere else. It is not like he is putting lambo badges on it.
That bag looks awesome, if I didn't have other mods I want more it would be on the short list. Car looks great. |

I think it looks good. I also think the price is absolutely absurd and wish it was just a cover swap. Thankfully I couldn't care less about it being badged a Scion here. Did you get the red 86 fender vent emblems as well? Saw the other emblems, but couldn't tell on that one.
As far as the backlash goes, if someone doesn't want negative comments it's easier to just refrain from posting on the internet. Just because people don't agree with said modification doesn't make them jealous or trolls or whatever. Everyone is entitled equally to their own opinion, no matter how ridiculous it may seem. |

OP, looks amazing, well done! Love the attention to detail on the Toyota swap, if I were getting an FRS I'd be PMing you and going down the same path. But, I'm getting a BRZ and thankfully it is badged appropriately so no swap is needed.

cool, but absolutely insane. I'd rather buy a new set of stickier tires, or get the five axis kit. I wanted to rebadge mine, but, meh, people who don't know the difference between scion and toyota would still more than likely not even know what a scion fr-s is. Most old people at my work are like, oh the car you have is called a scion??? and i have to explain what scion is, and that actually its an fr-s.

I'd prefer the car being a Toyota as opposed to Scion too, but from a sheer finish/refinement standpoint I think the Scion airbag cover looks nicer with the metallic logo.
