Jay D. @ VividRacing
I had the best experience working with Jay over at @vividracing. He was patient and mindful of getting me my FA500 coils. We must have went back and forth a handful of times.
Unfortunately I didn't get the coils before my recent track session as planned, Fortune Auto needs a 2-week build-time plus some time to add-on the radial bearings. Jay proposed other coils, but not in a typical sales matter. We talked about the differences in other setups with his own recommendations. And he wasn't persistent on making that sale. I think that in itself shows how attentive he is when it comes to his customers. He's knowledgeable about the Twins, having been an owner for some time. It worked out in the end, I ran my current setup through Laguna and managed to survive. The coils arrived just yesterday and my level of satisfaction is off the charts. Feeling giddy with the new toys. Thanks again @vividracing , I'll be a returning customer. .ck
