New Camry Tires
Hey Guys,
I have to get new tires for my GF's 2010 Camry. I don't have much experience with tires, so I'm looking for some advice. She still has the stock Bridgestone Turanza EL400, which have lasted 40k, but are otherwise eh. I would like to spend not much over $100/tire (poor student). I'm looking for a good quality all-season that has good grip, lasts a while, and has good snow/ice traction for the Boston winters. The following 3 I found on TireRack and DiscountTire, and they look decent. All are 215/60/16. • Hankook Optimo H727 • Bridgestone Potenza G019 Gold • Kumho Solus Xpert KH20 If anyone has experience with these, I'd like to hear about it. Also, if you have a better suggestion, let me know! Also, I was planning on taking these to my new local mechanic. He charges $50 for mounting/balancing/install for 2 tires, is that a fair price for New England? Thanks for the help! |

You can read reviews from tirerack.com and ask local shop to match the price. Tirerack has a lot information of tire selection. $50 is bit expensive for me as my local shop charge 15 to 20 each tire. Is the $50 filled with nitrogen ?

"Nitrogen filled tires" is bullshit. Don't waste the money on it.
