Camber plate for Tien Flex Z

I have gotten in an accident about 4 months ago and I have my Tien Flex Z coilovers. My question today is that on the driver side (the side that got hit) coilover the camber plate feels very loose compared to the passenger side. The passenger side camber plate moves but it feels much tighter. So I was wonder whether or not that would mean the coilover is ruined or not.

Hopefully this picture is able to explain my situation a little better.
The one on the left will not stay up like the one on the right. I was wondering if thats okay or not?

Damaged probably not, bearing worn more then the left probably. As long as it is not sloppy you should be ok. It probably will start making noise soon when you derive but still not a safety issue.

Is there any way that I can fix it?

you can always email Tein USA and ask them if they sell replacement plates and parts. I know I broke a bolt and they had a source that carried their bolts that I was able to buy through.

For sure I emailed them to see if I can use my warranty because I have only had them for like 5 months

Why would this be a warranty issue when the problem originates from your accident?

Have your insurance cover the replacement. This isn't a manufacturing defect/warranty issue.

Tein USA will have replacement parts available.
