Top hat/camber plate adjustability limit?

I'm wondering what is the limit of adjustability in a coilover top hat with regards to camber? I know one limit is how close the end link is to the frame after adjustment, but what about the pillowball angle etc?

Like, out of the box this is how much camber I was able to get. The little marking on the pillowball ring goes way past the markings on the golden top hat, is this bad? Would it be ok to remove the top bolts (in the picture) and bolt them one slot below so the pillowball ring can reach the end of the oval top hat notch? The manual only shows how to adjust, but makes no mention of camber limit.

Yes, it is ok if you move the Allen bolts one over so you can get the most camber out of the plates. 8n an ideal world, it's more structurally sound to have the allen bolts further apart, but they wont break. It's ok that you are beyond the markings too. But the rule of thumb is 3 degrees is perfect on track, 2 on street. Just tell them what you want when you get an alignment, theyll do it.

Perfect, thanks haxx. I'm still looking for a competent place to do the alignment and still need to dial a few things before I take it to them. Also want to learn as much as possible.

Also, the markings on the tophat are for quick reference to match up left to right not so much for actual camber numbers.
