What: Twisted SIST3RS Run - Ranch Roads 337, 336, 335 near Leakey, TX

Why: Why not? ....Because Racecar!!! This may be our last SATX86 group run until cooler weather in the Fall.

When: Saturday, June 22nd, meetup points @ 8AM @ Whataburger in Boerne, TX and 9AM @ Apple Store in Medina, TX. Lunch @ The Bent Rim Grill in Leakey, TX after the run.

Newbys are Welcomed to join us!!! Come on you non-newbys!!!

We do not leave anyone behind and we usually make a few brief stops along the way for pics. Faster drivers in the front, less faster drivers to the rear. It's gonna be FUN!!! You know you want to. Best $25 in gas you'll spend having a blast on some twisties up-shifting/down-shifting and apexing some curves. Let's get Tuckdaddy busy updating this list and break our last 3SIST3RS attendance record!!!

btw, congrats to the new owner of the white FR-S I saw turning left on La Frontera with the dealer plates that I stopped to give you room to turn and gave you a wave.

AUSTIN GROUP:

Meet at Kerbey Lane @ Lamar & Manchaca anytime before 6:30. We will be leaving from kerbey lane at 6:30, so if you want to eat some breakfast get there early. I'm going to try to be there by 5:30 to get a large table.

This is our route:

Google says 2 hours and 11 minutes, we will probably go at it a bit quicker because racecar but lets try not to get pulled over on the way to getting pulled over

(also, google is telling me that the Medina Apple Store is a bakery, somehow I am disappointed that there isn't an electronics mecca out in the boonies)

I have 200 miles to go for reaching 1000miles on mine, don't plan to rev it too hard. how fast is the group moving? I can see myself being a slower runner. If it is not a concern, I am in for the run too.

We usually have a fast group and a slower group and by the end of the day you'll hit 1k on the clock and can enjoy the car at redline!

There will be varying groups. It is a great run even if you run slow. The area we are driving through is awesome. The rolling hills, trees and cut rock cliffs. It is worth the drive and will prob put you over 1000 miles. Will also be a great hangout for any enthusiast. Though the 1000 thing is very debated on what to actually do. Hope to see you there.

@tuckdaddy, @Boosted. Thanks guys.
Sure I will definitely go. I am excited about passing 1k, it has become more of a psychological thing to me.
I have recently been on lime creek at night and that was a fun drive, stock tire is a bit slippery though.

Looking forward to the run!
