Can someone please tell me which of these Scion/TRD/Toyota decals I have to run if I'm running Scion Racing contingency? I have TRD x 4 (the only small ones), Scion Racing x 4 (they're like 6" tall and a foot wide...), gigantic 2 foot long SCION x 4, Powered by Toyota x 2, and Toyota x 2...

Can I only run Scion decals if I'm doing Scion Racing contingency or can I mix and match as I see fit as long as there are 2 on each side and one on the front?

1) 2 ft SCION decal on the front of the car ( on the hood)
2) Scion Racing decals, 1 on each side of the car
3) TRD decals, 1 on each side of the car

Thank you. That makes a lot more sense than two Scion Racing decals on each side.

I contacted Koni and they said they are sending out the spacer washers and instructions to get it to the correct spec.
Just got back into autocrossing after recovering from an injury for the past 7 months, felt great to get back into it.

Seems like a lot of good stuff has happened in c street since ive bden gone. The new Mx-5, the Koni camber mystery solved (bye bye to my -2 camber hehe). Have they allowed brzs to run with TRD sway bars and springs yet?

Anything else that's happened over the lat 7 months?

Just call Koni and order your washers, they're no cost to you. The ND is beatable, I've done it twice now, both times in the rain. I'll be bringing a water truck to the events from now on. BRZ with TRD parts will always be an STX car. You need to show up to events so we can have a decent sized class. Only 9 cars in class yesterday because of the rain. Which is fine with me as points are points, and the only way to win the season is to be consistent. There's only 1 ND in the region to worry about, Jeff C is going STR with his.

is there a different effect on the car between the offsets of the kosei and rpf1 42 and 50? i was wondering if the 8mm made a change in scrub radius or leverage on the suspension. or is the rpf1 wider track width is better the rule? i am about to order wheels and cant decide which to get.

I use the Kosei K4Rs b/c of the +50 offset. A wheel spacer effecitively reduces wheel offset so the Kosei gives you the ability to tune track (balance) width with wheel spacers. The Enkei is close to the "max width" which is legal for C-street based on the +/- stock offset rule.

I have the Kosei's too, and with long studs you can play with spacers on them. Plus, they are cheaper than the Enkei's and a tiny bit lighter. If you don't have longer studs, I'm not sure you would want to run the 8mm spacers though.

this is exactly what i was thinking of doing. i used to race on dirt and we used different offsets the change balance. i just dont know if dirt changes equates to asphalt, example...on dirt a wider front track made the car understeer. is this the same for our car in autox?

I found that adding a front spacer while keeping the rear narrow made the car looser and more responsive on turn in.

I was thinking dirt and pavement are completely opposite to each other in car setups. At least thats what ive been finding so far. Thanks

I'm also running the Kosei's and have a set of 3mm and 5mm spacers since I could not find one off the shelf at 8mm.

Do you stack spacers to fine tune widths? I'm wondering if there are any safety and reliability issues for competition use only.

I had the same thought today. Realized I ordered 12mm spacers which is way too much to be legal with my +50 wheels, so I looked today and closest I could find that was still legal was 5mm spacers. Found some 3mm as well but was hesitant on stacking them to get to 8mm....

I got some custom made 9mm hub centric spacers, I have the Kosei wheels. My BRZ needs all the extra oversteer/rotation it can get. I'm going to try them out this weekend to see if it will add enough rotation to justify running a larger front sway bar.
