Vacuum Leak? Jerks when losing speed.

Hello all alittle lost over here and wanted some advice and see where to start looking its been about a month with this issue

I have a check engine light on and my cruse control light was also on and when i rest the battery wait about 5mins and plug the battery in the light goes away and drives normal but eventually the light comes back on and once i start breaking, losing speed around 10 miles the car jerks when downshifting (automatic) i feel like the car does have a vaccum leak when you are speeding and let go of the gas you can hear the engine pretty loud losing speed and the rpm not dropping as normal as they should be i did check around and I don’t hear air or feel any air leaking on the lines.

I replaced the mass airflow sensor when i first put the check engine light it told me that cold be bad but the light came back on when i rested the ecu.

Took it to see what codes they gave and said to replace gas cap which i super highly that can cause the car to downshift like that.
It also gave me some secondary goes.
