German parts
Because germany is getting the GT-86 cool HID lights adn on the USA side of the car means that the headlights\fog will work with US spec roads, anyone thinking about ordering the parts to convert the headlights\fog from Scion US spec to German Spec?

Perhaps its not only the headlights. For HIDs you need high voltage converters, so its perhaps not Plug&Play. I know that story from my E46 i had. The converters come with the headlights but dependig on the manufacturing date you also needed a control unit or a software update and perhaps other wiring.

I will definitely be doing a GDM/EDM HID install. That and the Toyota rebadging should be my only mods.
