Just curious if they have a good strategy to address the twin turbo heat generation, also if they will be able to keep the weight tamed.

The engine's not new for Nissan/Infiniti, so I guess they manage. Looks like the FM platform is still being used, so the engine bay is probably the same or very similar to the Q50/Q60 which already handle both the 300 HP and the 400 HP versions of the VR30.

Weight would probably be decent, as the Q50 isn't as porky as the German rivals to begin with, and is actually a little lighter then the G37 the 370z is based off of. I'd wager on 3200.

Regardless if nissan does or not, a lot of aftermarket support for larger heat exchangers, added reservoirs, larger expansion tanks, and secondary aux water pumps. Which resolves the issue for drag strip, autox, and back road/canyons.
WMI is easily available for this platform for even better heat management and/or power,
and killerchiller, or interchiller both make good products to completely fix any heat soak issues if you want to track the car.
