Thanks!!!

Yep! Lol, TRS and I have been in touch. Anything to do to prevent it when my new one comes in? Or are the new ones fixed?

Honestly, I think it's a design flaw as I didn't notice anything different externally about the replacement. I bought mine ~1.5 years ago (i think) so if it is happening to yours, which I assume is recent purchase, then it would lead me to believe there hasn't been a fix. Also, I don't think there is anything we can do to prevent it after they seal the lights up....

I inspected before installing to make sure it didnt happen in shipping, and then normally take a look to see if it broke again when i am scrubbing the dead bugs off when washing lol. Passenger side has been fine as far as i know...

I see I see. I will make sure to give it a good look when I receive my replacement as well.

I'm sitting at just under 240,000 kms on my 2014! Super excited to see someone else who isn't scared of the mileage (kilometerage?), and wants to keep the engine stock-ish to hit the big 300!

Update #4

Silly Goose had her first alignment @ Apex Motoring. Here's the alignment sheet:

Drove an hour and half to pick up an STI battery tie down. The guy who sold it to me even tossed me 10 bucks for my OEM one:

Installed RallyInnovations Rear Spats, loving the little winglets:

Decided I was sick of the silver trim so I scoped out u/Route 's build thread and ordered the full tS trim except the gauge hood and arm rests (the expensive stuff):

Was NOT planning on this, but someone in a local group was offloading their tS steering wheel. The catch was that he wanted to keep the buttons. I had a friend 3D print some button covers, got them paint-matched to my car and (excuse my language but) FUCK does it look good:

Picked up an Nsidius Industries 4th Brake/Fog Light Harness from u/Route - added a dual function LED and we've got a winner!

I hit 220,000 kilometers on the way home after a friend helped me install the harness!! (Hit my oil change interval and had the same Eneos 5w20 put in the engine again)

That's me in the 'ole Lava. With the border closed the miles are definitely going on the car a lot slower, but eventually I'll hit 250k and then the final stretch to 300. Maybe I'll have to road trip out east instead

Quick but kinda significant update:

I somehow acquired BNIB TRD Carbon Fiber Fender Fins... thanks to Nick and Rich at Luxury Auto Body for the quick install.
