Would Toyo Celsius be a performance Downgrade in the Summer?

Not a fan of the Michelin Primacy OEM tires. Not much snow here on the coast of British Columbia but the temps hover around 0 celsius with lots of rain, then the summers are great with 30-35. Just wondering about an All Weather as far as flex and grip. I don't care about wear much and I might consider a winter performance for the whole year too.

Anyone have feedback on all weather?

Cheers and TIA

No experience with that specific tire, but a performance all-season might be a good fit for you. They're not great in snow but okay in cold weather.

You'll go through a winter tire pretty quick if you run it all summer.

You'd be downgrading in feel with an all weather tire for summer use.

I'd rather run a performance all season in your situation like the pilot AS3+/4 if you only want one tire to run all year round.
