i just did this at a remodel.

cassetta hardwired switch went into the closet, the wireless companion switch got mounted on the pocket door wall with the wallmount kit, with a standard wall plate. looks just like a typical wall switch when done.

This. I did these in the bathroom in the last couple of houses in the master bath. It would turn on a rather soft light over the toilet so when I went in there a 3AM I could see and not be blinded by all the lights.
