AWESOME! But no, that's not me.

He should put an "IS" in front of the FRS. Then he'd have a Lexus IS-FR-S ha ha ha. Or better yet, IS-86!

I wonder if badging up the Scion as a subaru would be a good way to get out of tickets.

"Your honor, clearly the officer has the wrong car. As you can see, my registration clearly states that my car is a Scion FR-S, but the officer issued a ticket for a Subaru BRZ."

But honestly, I like USDM tail lights better than JDM.
Aren't they basically the same thing except for our red reflector on the side?

That's correct. IMO JDM lights look better on some colors like silver, white, etc and the USDM amber/red look better on some colors like white, orange, red, etc

Sometimes that's because it's growing on top of a septic tank

I'm going to start making American flag badges and sell them in JDM land. Then I'll start making Japanese flag badges and sell them here. That's my million dollar idea for the week. LOL

The grass is always greener. Plus it doesn't matter what side of the car the wheel is on or what the original intended make of the car was. Here a Toyota 86 is rare; there a Scion, forget an FR-S, is extremely rare. And they can have the highest level of trim so why not. I prefer scion in some ways, its just like Lexus or Acura. Scion allows toyota to have a division that is orientated to sportier cars. I don't really care if it is a Toyota, or a Scion, or what ever. I am just glad toyota is finding their way back to sports cars. Just my two cents.
