I need a working engine back in my car. Where’s the best place to get another engine for my car? No, I am not doing a engine swap. I want the same 2.0 that’s already in the car. Thanks

There is a shop in socal that will do a full engine repair for 2500 after tax but u would have to find a way down here.

You can get a new short block for 2200. As long as your heads are in decent shape and you use a build shop that knows their way around the FA 20 you won’t be worrying about getting a bad used motor and that can be a lot of money pissed away.

I searched on various junk yards near you. I picked up a used one for 3k ish and labor to swap was about 2k.
