You should report this to Winjet, so they can fix it for future production and replace one of your headlight.

Is this problem unique to the recent GB or across by GB. Just want to establish if its a batch or common problem with the Winjets.

Update--I installed my winjets. They were aimed very low. After adjusting the lights to the correct height the projectors are more rigid. I experience no bouncing of the light cutoff while driving and/or hitting bumps. I like these lights!Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1393796953.801161.jpg

noticed my projector a bit loose on my driver side headlight as well. they are installed and aligned properly but the driver's projector seems a bit more loose than the passenger's... any way to tighten it?

so i've come to the conclusion that my wobble is the reason i can't adjust the cutoff on my driver side. turning the bolt does nothing to raise or lower the light. and the light came too low to drive with. so i'm going to remove all the stuff again and try to fix this. i tried tonight, but there's just not enough clearance while installed to really see what's happening in there.

i have small window of daylight after work tomorrow to get this done. does anybody have any advice on what to look for? my best guess is that the harness for the bulb is detached from the piece that adjusts the cutoff (which explains the wobble). any ideas what to look for so I can fix it quickly and get the car put back together? thank you.

Any solution to this problem? I am having the same problem on the passenger side. The light appears as if I am high beaming cars that I am following (according to someone driving ahead of me while I was following them)

Are the headlights aimed properly? Any wobble I had disappeared once I messed with the set screw and aimed them properly. If you can find an empty parking lot with a wall that you can get 25 feet away from you can do it properly, it's imperative especially if you have HIDs.

I just installed winjets and did notice the actual projectors inside wobble. As some have stated, once you start adjusting the aim there should be sufficient tension to eliminate most of the wobble. I didn't want to take that risk, so I did something about it.

I painted the inside of my winjets, so I had mine open anyways. I found that the plastic inserts that the (2) long adjuster screws thread into are the culprit for the wobble. I ended up removing the projector & base from the housing and adding small pieces of electrical tape. I put the tape in the hole that the plastic insert clips in making the fit tighter and creates some drag if they do move. After doing this, the wobble is gone even without creating any tension with the adjuster screws. Like I said, it may not be needed, but I just wanted piece of mind knowing they weren't going to wobble after I got everything back together.

interesting, while you had the winjets apart you could've done a dope projector retrofit

Yeah, that would have been a good mod to do. But I would have had to buy the projectors and HID kit which was more than I wanted to pay at the time. Luckily the Winjet lights are easy to open up.

Understandable, the stock projectors imho are pretty good with hids anyway, the cutoff is quite good
