I think GT5 is the only PS3 game where you can be driving and modifying (btw "modificate" isn't a word) these cars.

Forget the Piece of S#$! 3 - try a proper sim. Simraceway for the PC has a nicely modeled GT 86 with really top-notch physics (it uses the well-developed rFactor engine). Driven with a good wheel, its handling dynamics and force feedback accurately capture the feel of driving the car.
Another plus: it's really inexpensive - the car costs all of 49 cents, the tracks and a few other cars are free. |

Forza 4 is by far the best console representation of the FRS. I have two that I compete with online on a regular basis. One is a handling tune and the other is a speed tune. I run then in A Class and both are ranked in the top one 1% globally.
I won't go in to why Forza is better than GT5 for two reasons. One, it would be a shame for this thread to degenerate into a Forza vs. GT thread, and two because those who have played Forza 4 already know anyway. ;-) If you're not a real gear-head, then Forza Horizons is a good game. Since my anal-retentive attention to detail and need to tweek minute settings in the suspension, I wasn't a fan of Horizons. Besides, I can only hear a bad-acting, too forced voice talk smack while putting "Dog" at the end of every sentence for so long before my head starts to hurt. Scott |

Simraceway is a good one. Although I find it quite hard to drift the car like you can in real life lol.

The FR-S is a freely downloadable car on GT5. Fun to drive, but to be honest, I haven't played that game in months now. Even with a force-feedback wheel, it's much more fun driving the real deal.
