Those are cars are much more evolved and unique then a bolt on turbo. This is something really any of us can do, its just a turbo kit.

Ok lets see here:
Scion FRS: $25,000.00
P&L Turbo kit: $6478.99 (Pandlmotorsports.com)
Carbing aluminum chassis brace: $250.00 (frsport.com)
Carbing aluminum strut brace: $399.00 (frsport.com) (I couldn't find the "5 brace kit", so I just included both the individual chassis brace and rear strut brace)
Eibach sport suspension: $249.00 (stock top hats, so I assumed they were just the Eibach Sport Line kit) (gt86speedfactory.com)
Rota PWR-RA wheels: $936.00 (gowheelsdirect.com)
Leather Seats: $749.00 (Katzkins I'm guessing, shopsar.com)
Bespoke system: $845.00 (scion.com)
Window tints: $150.00 (just a guess lol)
Greddy SP Elite Axle back: $593.75 (gt86speedfactory.com) (I'm just guessing which exhaust this is. Idk why they didn't list it on the auction page)

Total: $35,640.74 + labor to install all the parts

Is it worth the extra $10k+? Nope. Even if they offer you a full warranty, a slightly used FA20 engine costs $4300 (Crawford Performance's Facebook page), so even if you blow up your car, it would be cheaper to just buy a new engine and still have $6k left over.

TIL performing a motor swap on a vehicle designed to use said motor is "much more evolved and unique" than a turbo kit. I also forgot to mention how much easier ECU tuning makes that turbo kit.

Extra 10k because its being priced by a non-gearhead who says because its boosted its 10k more than what he bought it for

You forgot the tune and tires lol
Also any other dealer options, mine FRS cost under 30k barely, but that's with all the dealer options and auto.. What amuses me the most, everyone laughs here.. But drools over the 70k TRD release seris FRS..

Also for that price it better have something other then Rotas... I'd ask for the stock rims and tires back

The P&L kit comes with a base tune. They probably just saw some magazine say "it would be cool with a turbo lol" and decided to throw one in. I don't expect people who work at dealerships to actually understand cars haha.

And you're right about the tires. They're Falken FK452's. About $600 ish dollars according to discount tire.

I couldn't agree more working a a few of them.. I'm lucky that I found one that does have enthusiasts.. I feel sorry for the people that get the dealership that denies warranty on stupid stuff and crap like that..
