Idle dip ONLY with COMPRESSOR on
So my idle dips to 500 then bumps to 800 then slowly drops back to 500. This ONLY happens when the A/C and/or defroster is on. Is this normal to dip when the compressor kicks in?

Yep. It's a bit of parasitic drag on the serpentine belt so it'll 'drag' the motor down until it recovers.
