2nd to 3rd gear weird over-rev jerk when shifting

So my car has recently started playing up with the gears. It’s an AUTO. It does the problem in D and in M as well. The problem only happens in 2nd to 3rd. Every other gear is full power and shifts smooth like butter. 2nd is very sputtery weirdly enough. Engine sometimes backfires as I accelerate during this gear. And when I shift at 6000 - 7000 rpm, the car jerks and you can hear the car try to rev harder during it mid shift, like a launch almost. What’s the problem? Any idea? Thankyou hopefully the video shows you guys something. The rpm needle bounces before it even hits max rpm. Never does it on cold. Only ever warm. The car also has loss of power during the 2nd gear.

That's called a flare shift and it's bad for the transmission.

Have you tried letting off a bit between shifts? I don't own an auto 86 but on all my other automatic-transmission cars I always lift a little bit between shifts unless I'm going full-throttle.

Did a quick google search and it seems its been a complaint for some owners for awhile.

what's your mileage, and have you checked the fluid level?

My car was just serviced for 90,000km. All fluids and filters were changed. The problem was happening before the service. I was hoping it would fix itself with new transmission fluid. But nope. And letting off the throttle it’s still happening. It revs highly for a second and jerks like crazy

Hmm yeah that's weird. If you were tuned, I'd say look into that. But since you're not, then you're kinda out of my expertise on this one

How much would it be to fix do you know?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery completely (both +/- terminals) for a few mins, then testing again?

I’ve tried everything. It feels mechanically related. Not ecu or anything

"All fluids and filters were changed" .. but does that list included AT gearbox oil? On many modern cars manufacturers mark that it's not needed and that it's for lifetime .. so "all" by official regular maintenance procedures may had omited that.
Also in some cases flushing/filling procedure matters to be performed in right way with right steps taken.
Mine, as all the other cars i've driven, is MT, so i cannot chime in with other advices from own experience but these generic ones.
