Extreme vibration at certain RPM’s after transmission work

So a little over a month ago I brought my FRS into a shop to have my throw out bearing replaced after I noticed it started making weird noises and doing all the other telltale signs of a bad throw out bearing. When they pulled it apart they basically explained to me that the transmission had grenaded. Everything appeared to be burnt, warped, scratched, etc. they replaced numerous components but also resurfaced many, such as the flywheel. After about a month, I finally got my car back and noticed that it had a much rougher idle than before and around 3k rpm, the car vibrates like crazy, to the point where almost every part of my car now has a rattle. From my research this is due to the flywheel being resurfaced incorrectly. I plan on reaching back out to the shop and am trying to get the best guess as to what could be going on, so any information you guys could share would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the clutch and/or flywheel are not balanced.
