Different drivers launching at different revs. Pretty sure not all of them are dumping the clutch at what was it? 4600rpm?
But, that review gets me excited. It just reaffirms why this is a car that you just have to drive if you are even mildly into being an auto enthusiast. I can't wait to try one out |

The more reviews I see the harder it is to make the choices. Brand, colour, accessories and possible mods (that don't ruin the car).

Best review I've seen yet. I'm so excited for this platform, should be amazing. Favorite part of the interview: "No sunroof, but who gives a s***?"

I like the way Randy Pobst can't help but smile and seems extremely surprised by the feel and the handling of the car. I can't wait to test drive one of these.

Every car has their compromises. The GC's shifter is vague, the Civic SI has been resting on it's laurels, the GTI is FWD (I can't find anything overtly wrong with it), the Mini is weird looking and too expensive, the MS3 has too much TQ steer, the Mustang is too heavy and even though the V6 is fine the GT is better, the Miata is a vert, the 370Z is too expensive. The 86 has everything I want and isn't offered by any other car out there right now, new, for the price. The only things you can say, are that it's low on power, and may need more amenities. And even those claims are debatable. The reviewer mentioned that feeling that you can't really describe when you're behind the wheel. Where you forget about numbers. I felt it in my old S2000. It's where everything comes together. Where you feel like you were made for the car and it was made for you. There aren't many cars like that, and without me sounding too fanboyish, I think this car is one of those cars. |

But that's your opinion. Some people will find the FR-S not all that fun especially on regular roads where I am sure the cars you drove felt boring there as well.

That's fine, because a polarized audience like that means to me that the manufacturers of the car did something right. |

Autocar.co.uk did not like the engine and the transmission(preferred the miata), but still rated it awesome just for handling and driving fun
