Driveway Labs Type II Diffuser (PRODUCT REVIEW)
Okay, I'm not sure where product reviews go, as I didn't purchase from speedfactory, but I've seen a mod suggest that they could go in this subforum, so here goes:
so I'm local to the creator of Driveway Labs diffuser, but I had yet to purchase one because the Type I was too racecar for my liking. the Type II came out, and I was like okay, I can dig it... but I wasn't a fan of the strakes. Well now, I was able to get the Type II diffuser with the strakes from the Type I, and it was a match made in heaven. I pulled the trigger on it. After a 30 minute install (25 minutes of that involved me trying to figure out how to keep my slacks as clean as possible while I was laying on the floor in my dealership's shop.) I drove home. The install is stupidly easy, by the way. I didn't notice much of a difference until I got to about 60mph or so. The difference is actually noticable. The little piece of aluminum, secured to the rear of my car, actually helped the car feel seated... planted. More responsive at high speed. Its uncanny. I'm far from a racecar driver, and I have yet to take the car to an actual road course where I'm sure the downforce would be even more noticable, but the Type II diffuser made a difference that I could feel. I thought it was a placebo effect, but the drive to work this morning was much of the same. The faster I went, the less... 'floaty' the car felt. Steering was just as responsive as it is at lower speeds. Sorry for the long review, but I'm pretty stoked at how it actually works, and how well it works. Scientifically works. For my butt. I'm horny. (unrelated). TL;DR - Props for a really well engineered product. I suggest everyone who loves Freedom and America purchase this diffuser.

Does the type 2 install on stock OEM exhausts? I'm seeing some pics with cutouts, but I don't know if it comes like that.
