You would be surprised, its about half the time we have to deal with something like this when a renter moves. I have made multiple runs with a dump trailer in one day on a small house or duplex. One of my brother's places had around 6 mattresses that they didn't take with them. The back yard was stacked to the windows with junk. What bothers me is these are people raising their kids that way. It's sad.

I really should be doing more autox anyway. My local group is not great with outsiders so I am going all the way up to Portland or Seattle.
