203whp/188wtq BRZ with Nameless Performance 4-2-1 Header Setup - Circuit Motorsports, Orlando FL

It's been a while since posting any tune updates/results, so we'd like to share another Nameless Header setup we recently tuned locally on the dyno. We've been buried in builds and tunes, so we've neglected our postings on here.

We have the Nameless 4-2-1 header setup really dialed in, making a safe 200whp consistently on 93 octane pump gas.

2015 BRZ 6mt

  • Nameless Performance 4-2-1 Long-Tube Header, coated
  • Nameless Overpipe/Downpipe Combo w/high-flow cat
  • Perrin CAI
  • Perrin Catback
  • 93 octane pump gas
Tuned on a Mustang dyno - stock FRS puts down 160whp/138wtq on this dyno.

Thank you for your interest. We don't have a graph for the JDL header - we've e-tuned multiple JDL setups, but have not had a JDL setup on the dyno yet. We expect this header to also make ~200whp on the dyno, on 93 pump with no torque dip.

I am not a racing expert, so I am just curious of where is the brake master cylinder in this car?

Good catch! The brake and clutch master cylinders and reservoirs were relocated to inside the cabin as part of a complete Tilton pedal box system that includes adjustable pedals and allows the driver to adjust brake bias front/rear on the fly.

You can see some of this in this photo:

FT-86 SpeedFactory Catted UEL Header - 190whp/168wtq

2013 FRS - 190whp/168wtq with FT-86 SpeedFactory Catted UEL Header Setup - Circuit Motorsports, Orlando FL

We've been a bit behind in posting. Recently, an FRS came in for a local dyno tune sporting an FT-86 SpeedFactory Catted UEL Header. Being our first local dyno tune for this header, we were curious how much power it would make with a cat in place.

It did very well, making peak 190whp on 93 octane fuel for a 30whp peak gain (Stock BRZ/FRS's run at 160whp/138wtq on this dyno). Nice low-mid range torque. Stock torque dip is gone!

Setup:

2013 FRS 6MT

  • TRD Intake
  • TRD Cat-Back
  • Motive Concepts Front Pipe and Overpipe
  • FT86 Speedfactory Catted Header - UEL
  • 93 Octane Pump Gas

198whp/167wtq BRZ Race Car with Stock Header - w/Video!

198whp/167wtq BRZ Race Car with Stock Header - Circuit Motorsports, Orlando FL

Recently tuned this BRZ dedicated road race car, that participates in the SCCA Road Racing series in touring class (T4). It has been the regional SCCA champion car the last two years. Modifications are minimal all around.

Made great power considering it uses the stock exhaust manifold. Still exhibited the torque dip inherent to the stock manifold, which our tuning greatly reduces to the point it is barely felt if at all.

Video here! https://www.facebook.com/CircuitMoto...8097457543418/

2013 BRZ 6mt

  • Stock header and front pipe with cats removed
  • Straight Pipe cat-back 2.5"
  • Muffler Delete
  • 93 octane pump gas

  • Skunk2 Header
  • Nameless downpipe/front-pipe combo catless
  • 3-inch cat-back exhaust
  • DW65c Fuel Pump
  • Stock Injectors
