Question also... I took the Invidia N1 catback off my 2013 FRS and plan on putting it on the new 2017. But now I'm looking at headers. Either spend almost 1,000 for the UEL FT86 Speed Factory header, or low ball $400 CNT Racing UEL header? Suggestions, anyone have the CNT/cheaper header or would you go with the high priced ones? Got to get rid of that torque dip, but not be super loud.

What did the decal cost?

Is it matte or gloss?

Also....LOL

Punching out the cat costs 3 gaskets and takes about 2 beers.

Similar gains and characteristics from 17+ decat cars to most aftermarket catless headers in your price range.

Do you track and need the extra ?hp ? torque the $1-1.5k header gives?

If not then maybe the money could be spent on a Ecutek and get a proper tune plus rev match, FFS and LC, maybe, or beer.....

Yeah, just punch out the cat and buy beer....

Nah, you really need a "good" tune.

And beer...

Looks really good. Much better than the one on the 2019 Special Edition IMHO.

I found the stickers on ebay (I saw them on a car online at a dealership and started searching) from England.. they were 20 euros (whatever that is American, probably $30?). I don't think they are mat black, but are not real shiny either.

I'm not sure about punching the cat out, I think there is one on the stock header and one on the straight pipe. I do plan on getting the Open Flash Drive. From what I read, with an UEL header and a Stage II flash it just gives the car what it should have had. Not really much more power or torque, but gets rid of that slug driving from 3,500 - 4,500 RPM

I've watched a bunch of videos, this one is sort of what I'm talking about. This is after they put on the header and had it flashed to stage II: [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bhnMYvn5S4[/ame]

Gruppe-S uel header and OFT used. N1 will make any header option loud, stay stock or get something more civil if you are getting a header

Looks pretty damn good, Realm. Strips are a great way to sort of mix things up a bit with not a lot of effort. Great work.

@xenarc, these should be them. I know they came from England, so took maybe an extra week to get to the US.
