White twin on I-395 S, regular lanes, through Shirlington at 6:15. Four minutes later you got to Landmark area (unless it was another twin). Couldn't see well. but it could have been FRS with Toyota badge?

Ah sorry, I meant night moves. It was on the 2nd at the Sportsplex in Virgina Beach. It was my first time going, but I believe it's a monthly car meet.
