Just went to install my 3" non-resonated and was disappointed to only find one gasket. I thought the 3" came with two different gaskets? One for a 2.5" front pipe and one for a 3" front pipe?

Can anyone else with the 3" setup confirm?

Also, aligning the S-Pipe so it doesn't hit the diff with the 3" is a giant pain in the ass

Mine only came with a 3" exhaust gasket as I recall.

What I did was twist the S pipe as much as I could to give it as much distance as possible. I haven't heard it hit it but then again the exhaust note could keep me from hearing anything.

Cool

Thinking something like the RevWorks Header might be better suited to Perrin than the OpenFlash Header. Correct me if I am wrong...

We actually ship the 3" catbacks with a smaller gasket to match up with the factory front pipe. If you are going to be running a 3" front pipe, a 3" gasket would work better though. Are you sure you guys aren't thinking of our old front pipe? That came with a 3" gasket.

I think I read the instructions wrong. I thought it said there were two gaskets depending on which front pipe you had. Just received my 3" front pipe and it has its own gasket so crisis averted. Going to finish the install tomorrow morning

Just installed my Perrin 3" CBE non resonated

AVO Turbo, AVO 2.5" Overpipe, 2.5" straight through carless front pipe, Perrin 3" CBE

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAMd0bOCFco"]3" Perrin Non-Resonated on a AVO Turbo BRZ (catless) - YouTube[/ame]

I need to get my tune updated. It seems to be running a tad rich, as you can see at about 25 seconds

Has anyone heard the perrin 3.0 and nameless 3.0 axleback in person? Just wondering if they are close as far has DB levels and tone go.

hey guys I know this has been touched on many times about the muffler shifting but what have you guys found to fix the issue? I couldn't find the threads on hangars guys have been using. Seems we already tried to adjust the muffler twice on my perrin 2.5 CBE and by the time I get homes its shifted to the right again. Is that specifically the hanger issue?

No that's an adjustment issue.

Loosen everything, align muffler, then tighten from back to front.

If you tighten front to back, by the time you get to the tips, they could be misaligned.

Hangers are to lower or raise the tips, but the Perrin fits fine with the stocks.
