Well, 22 years is the best case scenario. Maybe graduate school after the undergraduate studies?
And then, there is that possibility of a call (and it isn't your birthday) from mini ichi when he/she is an adult - "Dad, this is mini ichi, dad, I need money" |

it's all about how far you want to take it.
theater rooms will generally have lighting that can dim extremely low, sometimes lighted floors. they'll also have sound dampening panels to allow you to rock out more while disturbing anyone else in the house less, but also for controlling room acoustics so it's not an echoey chamber with a tv. and usually tiered seating. if you're going for the entire theater setup, i'd definitely suggest trying for an atmos-capable setup.. but that adds a comma just to the price of the receiver needed!

I thought about the bar. I could make it inset in the room entrance part of the T, which would be over the laundry room for water and sewer access.
I need to think about how to sell it to the wife. Something t like this would be doable. |

Bubba says you could "T" off the water hose from the washing machine and then run a piece of garden hose up through the floor to the sink. Then just run a drain pipe down to the washers drain discharge pipe. Just tell mrs Sapphireho that this way, she wouldn't have to keep running downstairs to freshen up your drink, plus it would be easier and handier for her to clean up your messes. A win-win all the way around - |
