Either way I'm happy with it.

Do you put anything on the floor? I am about to put GTmat on mine.

Or

Are you happy that they kept the weight off and are enjoying less mass and more noise/feedback..
I enjoy very much driving to work every morning. The car has a reasonable noise and full of energy. I don't know why, when I tired to get home in the evening, my car is screaming too. Some time on the weekend's drive, when speed goes up 75 mph, that becomes really noisy. I am going to put sound deadening/proofing slowly and see what happens.

No, I didn't feel like pulling the seats & carpet out. I didn't feel like driving 30 miles into town to buy a socket to remove the seats. LOL

Added MLV and CLD to mine today, I doubt it will drive the weight higher than 50lbs. Gotta tame those bees.

I think people are overestimating how much dynamat actually weighs.......

It's a whole lot quieter inside than a Release 8 tC, that's for sure. I'm actually surprised at how quiet mine is.

I've added about 30 lbs of MLV to my car + CCF + 3M Thinsulate accoustic lol. So I'm more less noise. That said it's still noisy but partially due to aftermarket exhaust.

The FR-S definitely needs less noise I commute 60 miles round trip in mine and I have to crank up the radio to hear anything clearly.

I did Roadkill the doors and trunk but it only really quieted down low speed and idle situations.

But at highway speeds the car is still very noisy. It is like operating a lawn mower, after I get home I still hear that light hum of the car in my ears after I leave the car which means it is still too loud.

What I am stuck with now is whether to MLV the interior of the car professionally, MLV the rear seat myself, or have an exhaust shop chop out the stock mid pipe resonator and add in a muffler.

I want the easiest, biggest bang for the buck mod that will bring the noise to Toyota Corolla sound levels, which is basically a Lexus when comparing interior noise levels to the FR-S.

My car is pretty quiet too considering it's a 2700 lb car. Just engine/exhaust sound in mine...so far. I might have bought a ringer Lol
