Two things
1. I'm pretty sure he had no idea how a Ferrari handles. 2. There is a second part to his review, so make sure to read that as well otherwise it just looks like an advertisement for Tesla. (3. BONUS THING!) Elon Musk ✔ @elonmusk @Oatmeal I would be happy to help |

What better way to say "Can we have 8 million dollars, please?" than to gush on about the product, though?

I agree about this - granted, it has a good suspension, a great weight distribution, and an amazingly low center of gravity, but none of that gets around the fact that it weighs 4700 pounds. It makes a Veyron look like a lightweight. No matter what you do with a car, there's no getting around the fact that weight is bad for handling, and a current electric car with a decent range is going to be very, very heavy.

The guys previous car was probably a Camry from before they started 'grounding them to the ground'.
To be fair it probably does handle like a Ferrari with a half ton dragon sitting on top of it, I have driven neither but seems like it would be an apt description. It also probably depends a lot on the Ferrari even though he drew an Enzo... |

If the Tesla S "handles like a Ferrari that got porked by a Luck Dragon", then the BRZ must handle like a Red Bull chassis that got porked by the Luck Dragon's hotter twin.

Test Drove the Tesla P85 Model S
I had the pleasure to drive a Tesla this afternoon. This car feels good at low and high end with 416 HP under the hood. Literally felt like an airplane leaving the runway going from 0-80 mph. No sound whatsoever. I might just be into one of these if they make a newer model 2 door coupe.

It is such a fun car. From what I've heard they aren't releasing a coupe again until after the model x and the cheap economy car. Sad face. But yeah its crazy how fast the thing is. But heeaaavy.

I was indeed surprised by the immediate delivery of power. Heavy, yes. But the power makes it feel lighter than what it is. Would smoke a non-turbo FRS/BRZ.

Oh absolutely. We've lined up next to c6 vettes, left in the dust. It pulled a half car on the m6 gran coupe. Its fast as hell haha. Just cornering wise its a big beast to handle. When we run the canyon I blow through the corners npbut he is right back on me in any straight.

Was at a track day a few months back at Autoclub Speedway with my Corvette and talked to a guy running one. Could only make half a session and then he has to come in and charge it...
