Cosworth Supercharger Stage 2.0 Hoses Help!!!

Hey I have been driving with the Cosworth Supercharger 2.0 kit for about 10,000 miles now and I am experiencing a leaks in a couple of the hoses below the coolant pump. I need to replace them, but I have no idea where to find the parts. I have attached the link to the install guide, and I need to replace hoses 7,9, and 10 (they are in the diagram on the bottom of page 26). If someone could find these parts online or knows where to find them, please get back to me. Here is the link to the install guide: http://1a8a0a7731808949ec7d-33d79809...2_20046685.pdf

Call Cosworth,

Or pull hoses off and measure, replace with any good quality heater hose 300PSI or greater.

Any half decent auto supply will have rolls of the stuff and you can get whatever length you need.

The bigger question in my mind would be just why are they leaking after only 10,000 miles? They should last far longer than that.

It's not like coolant is corrosive and the rubber was eaten either... Maybe it was very old and cracked somewhere or the fittings were overtightened

Or something is rubbing someplace or just crap hose to start with (which would surprise me if came with the Cosworth.
I have had 40 year old lines that were still fine. Never once had a drop come out of the intercooler lines in my 6 years with the Talon. At that low mileage I would want to know the root cause of the leaks before just changing hoses.

Yeah this was my concern as well; the old hoses typically only crack at the ends if there's something that is too tight and pinches the hose too tight, or if something right next to the hose end is way too hot.
I love that you owned a Talon

91 Talon TSi AWD. Totally built engine and dynoed at just shy of 400 WHP. I bought it bone stock in 92 with 3,000 miles on it. Was the first newish car I ever owned and the first non V8 I ever modified.
If that thing didn't have hose issues after 150,000 miles I wouldn't expect anything to!
