I am amazed that a 79 year old can get in and out of this car with out breaking a hip or something and that he can use a computer. Well done sir.

I called the Incontinence Hot-Line a few days ago and the operator said: "Can you hold please?"

It was for attendee.

Yeah. I understand it was a really neat week-end but I paid a penalty for being there. I was booked at the MGM. I had no idea what I had let myself in for. By time I got from the parking garage to my room in the west wing, carrying my luggage, I had totally screwed up my back. I checked out early Saturday morning but was so twisted up I had a hard time standing. I went to the Toyota dealership at 9;00 am but I just wasn't able to stand around and left to head back to Tucson. I regret my week-end turning out the way it did but if we do it again I'll just grab a cheap-o motel where I can park in front of my room and not kill myself.

I really appreciate the effort that every one put into making this a happening.

45 is good stuff.. I bought my first vette at 45.. A 99 FRC C5. The most inexpensive model at the time.. And the least weight..
One time I was washing it.. And this young girl about 6 or 8 years old
Comes over and says nice car.. "Thanks". Does the roof come off,
"No" I say.. She says... Oh you must have got the cheap one..
LOL.. Kids say it like it is.. It took the 04 z06 to get me out of it..

47. I'm usually the oldest when hanging out with the import tuner crowd but it's a breath of fresh air. I'm always learning new things and love being able to pass on a little wisdom once in a while.
My son just graduated college with a major in chem and I feel more connected with his age group than I do with my own. Sometimes I feel like a freak but whatevs..
Being in IT and having an interest in tech has also provided some of that perspective.
It's really nice to see such a diverse crowd.

I certainly hope I have some of the same enthusiasm as @whaap when I get to that age.
My mother is 76 and I feel like I am raising a kid all over again. Not that I'm complaining but I find it humorous and ironic at times. I love her dearly
