Throttle body cleaned, rpm freaking out

Hello. I just got my throttle body cleaned and now the rpm is freaking out, when AC is on, is goes up and down every 3 to 5 seconds between 900 to 1.2k rpm, I also noticed that when I start to drive the car right after I take off, when I press and hold the clutch pedal at 2k RPM, RPM wont go down, it just stays there. other says I should do an Idle relearn, my concern is, the car has a custom tune on it. Will the idle relearn affect my tune in the car?

thanks guys for reading my post.

Try to reset dtc or disconnect the battery

then turn the dash/ign on (2x start without clutch)

Press 4-5 times the accel pedal to the floor slowly and release it slowly each time

then turn engine on and let it idle for some minutes

See if after some km and time it becomes normal again as before

The idle takes some time to relearn, I've listed the procedure here.
