SARD wing, when paintmatched, looks fantastic. Used to get compliments from other drivers every single day, sometimes more than once.
This one is not my car but just another example of how good it looks. The compliments basically stopped the day I got rid of it. Then I got the Leg style duck wing. I got bored of it very quickly, it's meh. Flew off on the highway anyway The best wing available currently, in my personal opinion, is the Artisan Spirits one, which is what I'm saving for now. They really nailed this one I think

The FIVE:AD uses tape. As long as you get a genuine item, and install it correctly, it will not fall off. Had mine on for 2 years. Even though some of the areas never stuck on the trunk, I had a lot of difficulty pulling it off.

Thanks for that information! Wasn't sure they held up very good but did some research myself and apparently they do!

@SUSPECT_BRZ
I believe most are with 3m tape unless u get the bigger wings then youll need to drill your own holes.. which are around 4 holes on each side i believe |

@SUSPECT_BRZ
I just redid my spoiler for the 3rd time. First time bodyshop (started to come off after a year), 2nd time was my first attempt ever and and I just cleaned the trunk and stook the wing on as per most YouTube video tutorials. This time, I alcohol cleaned the surface; heat gunned the trunk a little bit and then heat gun the spoiler after it's stuck on the trunk to help the 3M double sided tape mold to the surface, and left the trunk open all night with clamps and masking tape all over the spoiler to let it really squeeze it on tight for 24 hours. |

Running a duckbill and wing is so overkill unless you have a lot of HP to push it and a lot of front aero to balance it.

I ran the SARD wing with a FIVE:AD trunk lip and I would get front end lift at speeds higher than 110-120 km/h (65-75 mph)

It’s 58% increase in downforce with another 30% in drag, their numbers with the high efficiency wing. Those are not insignificant numbers. For me the drag was only another 3-4mph but the increased downforce caused the car to understeer like a pig since I didn’t have endplates or dive planes on the front. You can reference all you want, but you need to try it and feel the difference. EDIT:Correction, 10% increase in drag.

I tried. Flipped my rear sway to the stiffest setting and went up in compression in the rear. I think with endplates minimum it would be acceptable. Right now the front end is just not there in high speed corners.

NoHaveMSG: vented hood? IIRC another way to add slight dowforce (or rather lift reduction) to front in addition to cooling ..
