Looking at a set of ESR RF2 for my BRZ tS lowered on Eibach Sportlines with -2.5 degrees of camber.
I reached out to ESR and they said with18x9.5 +22 they are "pretty sure will fit the Brembos" but that they didn't have confirmation. They also offer 18x9.5 +35. In the same wheels. I like the aggressive wide wheels with poke but would the +22 look absolutely ridiculous? This would be my street set-up. Any autocross days will have the stock Enkeis. Should I roll the dice on the +35? Any info/advice would be appreciated. Looking at 235/40 18 tires to go with the set up

My SSR Comps clear Brembos with no spacer, at ET +48 on an 8.5" wheel. So, 9.5 would put it -13, which would be right on at +35. Spoke design, however, is what it's all about. I wouldn't roll the dice without pics of the ESR wheels from the side, showing spoke "arc"... If it helps, I can post a clearance pic with my wheels so you can eyeball. |

I want to get some SSR Professor SPX wheels with a staggered fitment. Evasive is recommending standard concave 18x9.5 +35 in the front and super concave (SL) disc 18x9.5 +30 in the rear. Does this sound like it should fit? It sounds a little suspect to me, and I am worried about clearance issues in the rear. But I'd like a second opinion from the experts.

Vital: in this case suggested wheel diameter and width is same, only different offset. Not exactly staggered in classical sense, kind of lesser evil. While such setup will still have some cons, but less bad then more common staggered different width wheels choice which will add lot of understeer. My own choice would still be same wheels on all four corners, and if fitment matters that much, then one can use on one axle spacers, but for some suggested also may work.

Now on airlift, there might be clearance problems, not more clearance vs stock as with most aftermarket coilovers (which usually have smaller diameter springs then stock). I guess, to be on safe side, i'd probably think of not going to x9.5". Unless widebody, but then very different offsets/wheels anyway.
