Door Panel Speaker Cover Removal?

Hey guys I'm new to forums so sorry if this has been answered already. I've done as much research as I can and I know it's as simple as removing my door panel to figure this out but I know one of you has the answer.

I've been carbon fiber skinning a lot of my parts with real twill weave carbon (looks beautiful). I've done my cluster cover, door grips, ac pillars, and a few other parts. I'd like to do the speaker covers.

Mine are stock, I know you can buy actual covers (red-stitched leather/Alcantara) that go over the stock door speakers, but can I actually take off the stock plastic so I can skin it?

I've been checking it out pulling on it and it seems that it is removable but might be bolted/clipped on from the inside of the door panel.

Or, is it actually attached to the door panel as one piece? Meaning I would have to cut it out then glue it back on to accomplish this.

Thanks for the help!

PS my instagram is @crappyFRS if DMing me might be easier I can send a video or something to explain exactly what I mean.

If you are talking about these..it seems like it is snapped in. I'm not sure if you would have to fully remove the door though

Those leather ones look like they definitely pull off. @8RZ okay I'm gonna trust you I'll try yanking them off in the morning. Just doesn't seem like the normal plastic ones pull of I was pulling on it before wasn't really budging...

I'm fairly certain they're screwed on from the inside.
