Noob exhaust question

I'm looking to do headers and a cat back exhaust. Obviously upgrading the headers and cat back will not do as much as possible if the exhaust is still restricted somewhere else along the line.

Header, has to be catted, Thanks IL

Should I be looking to replace the overpipe and mid pipe as well or will this not have a large effect? I tried to search but wasn't having much luck in regards to over and mid pipe replacement.

Any info/opinions is appreciated

EDIT: nvm, totally missed the part in Steve99's sticky about the over and mid not being a big deal on an N/A car. Feel free to close/delete

I highly advise to add OFT or EcuTek tune in addition to header to get most out of it. Overpipe/midpipe (but then again catback exhaust too) performance gains are small, indeed, if considering only performance, those can be left stock (or their price spent on tune), catback - mostly for sound.
