Yeah, I have yet to have a standing start. I've also been using cars with significantly lower PP to try and make it challenging.

Also the drifting in the game is complete garbage and incredibly unrealistic.

Anyone else roll their BRZ? I passed an AI in a braking zone, turned in, hit a little of the apex rumble strip, he bumped me in the rear and my car rolled. It landed upright and kept going lol...

So I popped in GT6 yesterday and tried to get back into it and well I still cant. Did a few races and attempted a drifting challenge a few times and ended up turning it off and playing some resident evil 4 lol.

But seriously the drifting in GT6 is atrocious! So unrealistic it's not even funny. Anyone else feel the same way?

I played this for quite a few hours at my buddy's place on saturday night.

Managed to have some fun and there's been quite a few updates which has definitely help, but there's still something here that's not quite right.

Well a frs/brz stock only race online with some frinds from the forum may help we can try it out one day

Yeah like anytime I try an ebrake initiation the car just automatically spins out. Also when you first get into the drift and you let go of the wheel and let it counter steer itself it almost always spins out and if you don't spin out right away the car snaps back and spins out the other way lol.

I'm sure if I had the patience I could get the hang of it, but it just feels very unnatural IMO

I am OK if I unplug my steering wheel, and use the controller, but it's still frustrating. And I hear you on e-braking too. You either hit it so quickly the car does nothing. Or you hold it for a split second longer, and you lose all control.
