Videos like this just make me more impatient to get some English/Subtitled reviews!! It's a shame BMI isn't around anymore, they would no doubt have done a huge "new car" episode on the 86

That movie does make the red look nice, doesn't it?
I'm very impressed by the lack of bodyroll that seems to be apparent in that video. Could be just a visual trick but it seemed to take corners really well. Seemed that he found the shifting a bit notchy, as some reviewers have noted too. (Don't speak Japanese, just that he spent a few seconds dry shifting haha) |

Wow - that GT 86 sounds just about perfect, short of being a Carrera GT! I would love to hear the English translation (although Japanese is a lot easier on my ears than Mandarin/Cantonese would have been!)
Still have some concerns about the headrest position - it's right up against the back of the driver's head in this video, a position I really don't like. However at 4:15 you can see both seats unoccupied and it appears the passenger headrest is a little less forward, so maybe there is some adjustability with it. |

Totally agree on the shifting - if you watch closely he shifts in a 2-stage process, gear to neutral, neutral to gear, suggesting real notchiness - instead of one smooth motion. |
