Shadetree Powerhouse rear diffuser
I am selling my diffuser. It's a real functional diffuser that I made at my old job. It's made out of 1/8" aluminum dibond and has 4 16g strakes. I made a template out of cardboard, had that custom modeled, then it was cut out of dibond on a 4 axis. Then I hand formed the strakes and riveted them on. It's held on using factory plugs in the stock diffuser location, 2 aluminum straps bolted onto the stock heat shield bolts, and a few self tapping screws on each side. It took me about 40 hours of labor in all. It'll install in less than 10 minutes.
It's solid as hell and it's affects are clearly noticeable at even freeway speeds. The car is more stable, and I get 2-3 MPG more on the freeway with it installed. At 100MPH plus, the car pulls much harder and much more stable than stock. In fact, the car topped out at 129 w/o it, and was still pulling at 135 with it. I'm trying to sell it for $300, which is well below where any of the other diffusers are priced at retail. Deal of the century. I am also willing to trade for parts; I am looking for an oil cooler, MCB, brake pads, rotors, front struts, cam/cas plates, rear stb, subframe braces, bushings, etc.
