Exclamation CosmisRacing Sent Wrong Order

So I bought a set of wheels for my car
it came in 2 different packages
the 18x11 came correct but they sent me the wrong color for my fronts 18x9.5

I tried contacting them today but I'm guessing theyre closed til Monday. I'm wondering am I going to have to pay to ship it back? It's not my fault they sent the wrong order but I never dealt with returning something that was wrongly sent.

Any insight will help, please and thank you

Sorry, it's the weekend. You're going to have to call it a loss this time and try another vendor for the right wheels next time.
The two wrong ones might sell in here for a huge loss but at least you'll get something back from it.

You'll have to sue them but they probably have bigshot lawyers. Maybe write a nasty email to them saying you are coming to get them and it might scare them into doing the right thing?
Also, threatening a business with arson is always a way to make them see your way.

RETURN POLICY

Any return must be within 7 days of receiving the item. Wheel(s) must be brand new and unmounted for return. There will be a minimum restocking fee of 10% depending on condition. Buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
Not sure how strictly they'll enforce that if they were really at fault, I'd expect you'd be able to get them to waive the restocking fee and get them to pay shipping. Just wait until Monday to hear back from them and keep the wheels packaged in the meantime.

Now is not a time to be reasonable! Think the most irrational thoughts you can because this weekend you need to plan for the coming storm. They are going to push back so hard you need to be on your toes, brother.

Nah, I'm just joking. Everything will be fine. They sent the wrong item, they're in the wrong and they will take the wrong ones back and make it good., This is pretty common when ordering online and there's no need to worry.

Is there a doctor in here that can surgically remove the stick out of a butt because somebody in here has one way stuck up there.

I do hope that there is a RB kit or something similar on the car.

Whoas! I was checking out their wheels. I'm glad I decided not to buy from their website. Still haven't made up my mind what brand wheels to buy.
OP hope it'll get all resolved with you paying nothing to return it to them.

This escalated quickly, its sunday and you didnt even talk to the vendor. What makes tou jump to conclusions?

This instant gratification stuff is really catching on

See if there is a phone dial app thingy on your phone and call during business hours. Give them a reasonable chance to respond? Like a whole business day, maybe even two O_o
