this axle issue will never stop...

2013 Frs with 35k miles
Lowered with BC coils
Sbd turbo charged on 7psi

So here is the story. I've snapped my stock axles after some launches, powershifting enjoying the turbo. Then now I just got my upgraded DSS 600HP axles installed and I've put in maybe about 1000 miles? Weird noise started as I try to take off from the rear driver side. Only happens in low speed. But as I try to back up, makes this crazy noise.. sounds like old rusted spring being compressed or running over a piece of plastic. Any ideas guys?

Install issues? I'd call up driveshaft shop and see what they can tell you and if they can send you a replacement one

could be the CV joints or the diff

lowering car substantially changes suspension geometery and also the loading on the cv joints combined with power\torque increase increase and likely wide sticky tyres will likly lead to problems. if your lowered a lot the cv joints are transmitting power\torque at a substantial angle, puts extra stress on them

How low is your car?
@steve99 hits the nail in the head regarding lowering the car

Its pretty low. Not like rim tucking low but yea tires are stretched and my tires are semi tucked. I've been dropped on coils for a while but this never happened until I went forced induction. This doesn't mean I drive crazy all the time but I do get on it every now and then

Need to raise the car. Max height drop should be around 1.5-2". Anything lower and added power it's a recipe for disaster. It's like you're pulling them apart and at the same time putting a good amount of torque through them.
