Help! Chewbacca in my car....

I've got a strange noise originating from the rear of the car, it becomes apparent as soon as I get the engine off idle. It stays at the same frequency despite engine RPM load or no load, some days it appears louder than others. Take a listen to the video, phone is placed face down on the armrest...

What could it be? Electric fuel pump? Chewie is that you....?

Does it both stationary and on the move, clutch down, clutch up, cold or warm, its only evident when the revs pick up.

hmmmm........the first thing I would check for, is a place where the exhaust may be vibrating against the sub-frame.

beep sounds like maybe the gasket? in shifter (plastic thingy in shift know where it plugs in) may be loose.

The crunchy grinding gears sound like they need lube or something imo
