Haha, I wish I was having the work done by y'all but I'm in Texas and I'm going to PRT Performance. I'll just get the +1 and have it added when I put on my JRSC in a couple months.

Thanks to PRT Performance, @pleong, @DeliciousTuning, and @CSG for everything it took to get my car moved over to flex fuel, and the oil cooler/radiator combo from Jackson Racing installed the other day. Still had some 93 in the tank so I'm sitting around e60 right now but the added torque is definitely noticeable and it pulls harder through the power band. The ACE/FF tune from delicious drives like it is OEM and while I may notice some details I want changed down the road, the initial impressions is no complaints whatsoever.

Speaking as far as ECUTEK, this is kind of a technical question. But does FlexFuel kit report as the ( O2 1x2 v ) reading from 0v to 5v? The app is reporting 8% and the same PIN is reporting 0.4v, the rear O2 voltage is reporting 0v no matter what. The box does have a green flash light as well.

I want to make sure its not defective.

If my math is correct 0.4v of 5v = 8%

Mk 1 kits operate on a 0-5V scale for 0-100% ethanol content. Mk 1+ kits operate on a .5-4.5V scale for 0-100% ethanol content.

Hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Zach

Is there any effect to long term fuel trims with the rear O2 taken out of the loop?

If your using rear 02 for flex input, the tuner dudes will disavle the rear o2 compensations and any cel codes associated with rear o2 so all will be fine

The front o2 is the one use for fueling

I know, but the rear O2 sensor is used to affect long term fuel trims. That's why Ecutek recommends disabling LTFT when eliminating the rear O2 sensor.
