Is that the story you told the cops?

If they were girls it would have taken longer than a quick spin around the block.

This car does morbid things to you, I was driving home the other night, when I unavoidabley hit a cat that ran out in front of me. Instead of the normal, oh no poor cat, it was DAMNIT I hope it didnt scuff my bumper! J/K I felt horrible, but after that wore off a couple days later, I was carefully examining my bumper saying to myself, its a good thing that cat didnt damage my car or else I would.........oh yeah......

Just installed an HID plug n play. The FR-S stock halogen projectors actually don't get that douche factor since they concentrate the light much better than older style halogen lamp housings.

Left is before, Right is after:

Both installed in the dark:

Let me know if you end up getting any flickering. I installed a 6000k kit and I had just the slightest bit of flickering. The company sent me a capacitor kit for free but the capacitors were defective so now they have me sending them the entire kit back. If your kit is good, can you let me know which kit you bought and where you bought it. Mine mainly flickered when accelerating.

I had a bit of flickering near the beginning right after installation, but it's stabilized a lot now. No flickering at all and under hard acceleration with music banging and air con on full blast it doesn't flicker at all (I don't normally drive like that. Just testing it out)

Ordered mine from HID_powerhouse here on the forums. Great guy to deal with. Also it comes with a year warranty.

How was the installation process? I'm interested in getting a set but I don't want to do any drilling or wiring.

Pretty easy. HID_Powerhouse has a link to installation. Took me about 30 minutes both sides.

You just remove the original bulb. Stick the new bulb in and plug the cable into another cable coming out of the ballast. Then find an area in your engine bay for attaching the ballast. I used 3M Automotive double sided tape or you could screw in the provided mounting hardware.
