Bore of FR-S rims versus TC1?
Putting FR-S stock rims on TC1 (trying to save money).
Are these the correct bore? tC1 Wheel 17x7 +45mm Bore 54.1 Source ebay FR-S Wheel 17x7 +48mm Bore 56.1 Do they even make hubcentric rings for 56.1 to 54.1 other than http://www.hubcentric-rings.com? |

Frs wheels are 5x100. Tc bolt pattern is 5x114. You will need an adapter if you want to fit these.

Actually i think the 1st generation TC is the same as the FR-s but the 2nd generation TC is not 5x100?

i unno about the 2nd gen, but the first gen is 5x100. do you really need hubcentric rings though? people run random aftermarket wheels all the time without em.
Just make sure you have proper nuts for the fr-s wheels if you put them on the tc.

Arent the bolts not supposed to carry the entire weight of the vehicle and you need hubcentric rings to help prevent that?

Though, I guess my advice is mostly speculative, so I don't want to put you in a position where something could break on your car. http://www.motorsport-tech.com/hub_rings.html they can make specific sized hubcentric rings (and spacers/adapters) to order. Knew a guy who made hubcentric spacers that were 50mm thick lol

Only custom made for $100 for 4 rings. Do you think it wont matter much because the ring will be so small? 56.1 to 54.1 Hubcentric Rings? |

It won't fit. No rings will change that.
Don't you understand that the FRS has a center bore of 56.1 and the tC is 54.1. Do you not understand the 2mm overlap? The tC wheels won't fit the center bore.
