Rear camber may actually be a problem. The LCAs won't necessary give you the upper clearance you're looking for. To eliminate the poke and properly fit the rears into the fenders, you'll need UCAs. The LCAs will simply keep the rears where they are and only angle them. I'd recommend 225/40 on the rears, or 215/45 depending on the look you're aiming to achieve. Fronts I'd go the same.
